RENTING A UNIT
We do not maintain an on-site office, however, please call 304-627-8218. Our hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. However, we are flexible. We know that many of our customers are in transition and/or may work outside of those hours. We are happy to meet you at a time that is convenient for you.

You will need a valid government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID to rent a unit as well as a payment method (credit card, debit card, checking account).
We recommend that all tenants have insurance coverage for their items in storage. You can check with your homeowners or renter’s policy to determine if coverage is available. If not, we do offer insurance that can be purchased at move in or anytime during your stay.

Items not allowed for storage include perishables (no human or animal food), plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. Additionally, remember that you cannot stay in your unit overnight. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
MOVING IN
Our facilities can accommodate trucks of all sizes, including tractor-trailers.
Yes, please bring a lock that you are comfortable using. We recommend Disc locks.
Yes, we have flatbed carts, dollies and furniture movers available for your convenience.
If there is a storage unit available that meets your needs, you can move in anytime once your move in is processed. This typically takes less than 10 minutes by phone and email.
As long as there is a unit available that meets your needs, you can easily transfer units or rent an additional unit by calling us at 304-627-8218
DURING YOUR STAY
You will be set up with auto-pay at move in. Each month your payment will be processed and you’ll receive a receipt by email. You can also conveniently pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card.
You will have access to your unit 24/7.
Moving Out
All contracts are month-to-month. While the contract suggests notice of 15 days, we try to be flexible as we know when you’re moving things can change quickly. Please call or text once all items are removed from the unit and facility, this includes any garbage.
